Rules
All Riders must a Full Face Helmet for Practice and Racing
We recommend that all riders wear protective clothing
All riders must sign on before practising the course
Riding the course without being entered (£60.00 fine and one year ban from any future events)
Sign on closes at 10:00a.m (Unable to ride or race)
Riding the course with no number board (Disquallified from event -no refund)
No defacing number boards. The number boards remain the property of Nakedracing until the end of your race
From the BC rule book:
6.0.13 Only the organisation may place advertising on the Front Number Plate
6.0.17 Riders must not cut, fold or mutilate race numbers.
8.1.3 Only riders and officials wearing a helmet, and displaying a valid Number Plate on the front of the bike, will be allowed onto the course during official training periods.

1.3.076 Riders shall ensure that their identification number is visible and legible at all times. The identification number shall be well fixed and may not be folded or altered.
No headphones/i-pods/personal music systems whilst on course.
Helmet strap undone first time (Warning you will be Disquallified from the race)
Helmet strap undone second time (Disquallified from riding for the remainder of the day and Disquallified from race)
Helmet strap not properly attached first time (Held in finish arena until Commissaire speaks to you)
Helmet strap not properly attached second time (Disquallified from race – no refund)
Peaks must be correctly attached to your helmet as the manufacturer intended.
This list is non exhaustable
You will have to wait in the finish arena until the appointed BC Commissaire comes to speak to you regards any of the above. Please be aware that the Commissaire may well be up the course and you may have to wait some time before he is able to speak to you, thus loosing you valuable practise time.
Cancellation policy for all Naked Racing events as follows:
Cancellation by you
If you wish to cancel a booking please note the following cancellation conditions:
- Over 4 weeks notice: full refund2-4 weeks notice: 50% refundLess than 2 weeks notice: no refund
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Transfers
Transfer an entry to another rider if received in Writing 7 days before the event date.
All Requests for Refunds and transfers must be received in writing in the above time scales.
Cancellation by us
Naked racing reserves the right to modify or cancel any event if unforeseen circumstances., these include cancellation of event beyond the control of the organiser due to weather/uncontrolled acts/Violence/Civil Disobedience/war will not receive a refund.
If we cancel the event we shall inform you as soon as possible.
By registering to attend an event, you have confirmed that you have read and understood our cancellation policy.
